About the Role
We’re looking for a Meta Ads Manager to join our growing creative agency. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into data, managing ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, and turning insights into results. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising paid ad campaigns that drive leads and sales for our clients in industries like construction & Trades.
You’ll work closely with our content team to align ad strategy with creative, ensuring every campaign has the right mix of targeting, messaging, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to build effective targeting strategies.
  • Write and refine ad copy and advise on creative formats (video, carousel, image).
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns daily to maximise ROI and reduce cost-per-lead.
  • Produce performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, trends, and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with content creators and project managers to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Suggest A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns (ideally across multiple industries).
  • Strong understanding of ads manager, pixel setup, events tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear, actionable way.
  • Copywriting and creative eye for what makes an ad scroll-stopping.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Knowledge of broader digital marketing (Google Ads, email funnels, landing pages) is a bonus.
