JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PPC Manager/Media Buyer/Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, with a focus on Meta Ads.
This role will involve developing and executing effective pay-per-click campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads for clients. The PPC Manager will work closely with the CEO & 2 in-house teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, particularly within Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management principles, including budget allocation and performance analysis.
  • Experience using tools such as HYROS or TRIPLEWHALE for enhanced campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Must have marketing agency experience.

  • Utilise Conversion API & Events Manager to track conversions and user behaviour effectively.
  • Manage media buying efforts, negotiating targeting and placements to maximise advertising effectiveness.
  • Create compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge. This includes Metas moves into AI optimisation for campaigns.
