Job Description To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for an Meta Ads Specialist (m/d/f). Responsibilities Full-Funnel Management: Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple EU markets. Creative Directing: Brief and collaborate with the creative team/creators to produce social-native content that converts. Testing Roadmap: Design and execute a rigorous creative and incrementality testing framework for hooks, audiences, and bidding strategies. Ensure smooth operation of the channel: own tracking, data health, account hygiene Owning the Numbers: Take full accountability for the KPIs, proactively reallocate budget to capture growth and reduce inefficiency Qualifications What We Expect: Proven Scaler: You have a track record of scaling Meta Ads budgets profitably. Creative Intuition: A deep understanding of creative-led performance. You either know why a hook works, or you have the discipline to let the data override your intuition and double-down on it. Technical Literacy: Experience with attribution challenges, incrementality testing, LTV modelling; you can configure tracking and clearly articulate why data varies across Meta, MMP, and internal dashboards. Execution & Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who combines clear communication with strong interpersonal skills Scientific and analytical skills: You are a structured thinker who builds cohesive testing plans, not a series of random experiments. You are comfortable slicing data, spotting patterns, and identifying root causes. English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; Russian or Ukrainian would be a plus Strong Plus: Experience in high-volume e-commerce. Familiarity with incrementality testing frameworks (Geo-testing, conversion lifts). Experience working across multiple EU markets. Additional Information What do we offer?
