POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Meta Advertising Specialist, Graphic Designer, Content Creator to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in healthcare or service-based advertising, with strong analytical and creative skills to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and return on ad spend.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Meta Advertising Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Develop creative ad copies, visuals, and video concepts in coordination with the marketing and design team.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure high ROI and cost-effective results.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and patient leads.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Meta’s advertising policies, especially healthcare-related guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the hospital’s marketing team to align campaigns with business goals and seasonal promotions.
