Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Meta Content Manager to develop, optimize, and iterate on high-performing ad creative and work alongside an amazing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Background in performance marketing, branding, content creation, or digital advertising
  • Experience developing and optimizing creative for Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram); experience with other channels is a bonus
  • Strong ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven creative strategies
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design and creative best practices across platforms
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
  • Familiarity with performance analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Library, Motion, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functionally
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable creative improvements

ABOUT THE POSITION

This role sits within our Meta Division and works cross-functionally with internal design teams, media buyers, and strategists to push creative performance forward. You’ll be a key contributor to client growth through innovative and visually impactful content, while also helping us test and adopt new tools (including AI) to scale creative production and performance.
Whether you’re newer to the ad space or a seasoned pro, we’re looking for someone who leaves their ego at the door, hustles hard, and values doing things better.
