About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Media Ads Manager to manage and optimize our ecommerce client’s paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta/Facebook.You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and brand awareness through effective ad campaigns. You will report to the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities Develop and execute paid social media strategies, primarily on Meta/Facebook. Manage Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization. Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines. Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance and hone value prop messaging. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. Explore and potentially expand to other paid social channels like YouTube and TikTok based on Facebook campaign success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, with a focus on Facebook Ads Manager. Proven track record of creating and optimizing successful Facebook ad campaigns (please provide examples or portfolio). Deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, including targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad formats. Experience with A/B testing and data analysis. Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
