Now, we’re looking for a Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist to join our team and help scale paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns for eCommerce brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager, with experience optimising for conversions.
  • A proven track record of scaling ad spend profitably and achieving strong performance metrics.
  • A strong analytical mindset – you’re comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Creative and performance-focused – you understand what makes a high-converting ad and enjoy testing new creative angles.
  • A test-and-learn approach – you’re always looking for ways to optimise and scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

As a Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns that drive profitable customer acquisition and retention. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are hitting performance targets and scaling efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building, launching, and managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok for eCommerce brands.
  • Optimising campaigns for conversions, revenue growth, and profitability, ensuring strong NCAC (New Customer Acquisition Cost) and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio).
  • Scaling TikTok ads, testing new strategies, and leveraging promotions to drive product sales.
  • Collaborating with our creative team to test and refine ad creatives for best performance.
  • Analysing campaign data and performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Testing and iterating on audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative variations to drive the best possible ROAS.
  • Staying ahead of platform updates and emerging trends, ensuring our clients remain competitive in the paid social space.
