Job Title: Meta/TikTok Media Buyer Employment Type: Full-time; Remote Schedule: US Time zone Industry: Beauty Role Overview: As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative insight to test, optimize, and scale campaigns that acquire customers efficiently while maximizing ROAS and overall LTV. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with our creative, influencer, and growth teams to deliver results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth. Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize performance. Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting targeting, budgets, and creatives for optimal results. Work closely with the creative team to provide feedback on ad concepts and ensure alignment with performance goals. Develop reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats on Meta and TikTok. Manage budgets effectively to ensure spend aligns with growth targets and profitability goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (influencer, affiliate, retention, CRO) to create a full-funnel marketing strategy. Qualifications: 3+ years of paid social buying experience, with a proven track record of scaling Meta and TikTok campaigns. Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, MER, CTR, etc.). Experience managing monthly ad spends of $100k+ across Meta and TikTok. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, Google Analytics, and reporting tools. Ability to interpret data into clear, actionable insights. Strong creative sensibility and ability to collaborate with design/video teams on performance-driven ads. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Beauty or consumer product brand experience is a plus.
