Metadata Administrator (7- Month Contract)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Metadata Administrator (Contract) who will be responsible for sourcing, verifying, and organizing metadata for our distribution catalogue, including: titles, descriptions, credits, episodics, release dates, and other relevant information.

Core Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research and collect accurate metadata for series and documentaries from various sources.
  • Input, organize, and maintain metadata in distribution catalog tools such as Excel and Airtable.
  • Ensure metadata adheres to established formatting and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies or incomplete data.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy of catalog data.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Airtable or similar database tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in content distribution, media production, or a related field is a plus.
