The Role As part of the Ingest team, you will play a key role in ensuring our TV, movie, and series data flows smoothly, accurately, and efficiently from multiple sources into our systems. This internship is ideal for detail-oriented, problem-solving individuals who enjoy working with data pipelines, scheduling systems, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. This is a paid internship. Responsibilities Operational Support Monitor workflows and data pipelines to ensure smooth operations. Investigate and resolve internal data complaints and operational issues. Check schedules for failures and report issues. Collaborate with the development team to resolve operational or scheduling problems. Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency. Data & Metadata Support Implement and update hardcoding rules for parsers. Fix issues with existing parsers and optimize them for new content sources. Configure, validate, and maintain data feeds. Apply structured testing before releasing changes. Stakeholder Support Respond to internal and external support cases within SLA times. Ensure internal stakeholders receive timely support and issue resolution. You'll thrive in this role if you: Are currently studying or have recently graduated in a relevant field (Data, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related). Are data-driven with experience using data tools and working with datasets. Have an affinity for metadata and understanding of content workflows. Enjoy operationally heavy roles and want to grow your career in operations. Think in workflows and system dependencies, not just isolated tasks. Can configure, validate, and maintain data feeds. Apply structured testing before releasing changes. Seek continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and operational efficiency. Are comfortable working with systems, data pipelines, and troubleshooting operational issues. Have excellent written and spoken English. Are detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized. Collaboration based on a contractor set-up is 3.46 EUR per hour on a full-time allocation basis (40 hours per week), max 600 EUR per month.
