Job Title: Metal Assembly Associate Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Location: Wausau, WI (on-site) Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift/Monday-Thurs 1:30pm-12:00am (4 day work with with no weekends required) About the Role: The Metal Assembly Associate plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately assembling metal components to create high-quality finished products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure all parts are correctly fitted and meet strict quality standards. The associate will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets. Safety and adherence to operational procedures are paramount to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to the company’s reputation for delivering durable and reliable metal products to customers across various industries. Responsibilities: * Assemble metal parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to detailed specifications and blueprints. * Inspect assembled products for defects or deviations from quality standards and report any issues to the quality control team. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly challenges and improve production processes. * Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
