Description

We are looking for Metal Fabricator/ Boilermaker, full time with minimum 1-2 years full time of exp as Fitter
Annual salary - $80,000 -$ 98,000

· Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine job requirements

  • Cut, shape, and fit materials such as steel plates and pipes using hand and power tools
  • Assemble boiler components and large vessels, ensuring accurate alignment
  • Weld parts together using techniques like MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Inspect and repair boilers, replacing defective parts as needed
  • Conduct pressure testing to ensure vessels are leak-free and meet safety standards
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Ensure all work complies with industry codes and regulations
  • Perform quality control by inspecting completed work to meet specified standards
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and maintain records of repairs and inspection
