JOB OFFER

Starting Salary: $52,000/year with room to negotiate based on your capabilities. Also room to grow long term.
We are in search of a skilled fabricator/welder that is proficient in steel welding and brass brazing, as well as material handling and preparation. You should be able to understand schematics, provide valuable input, and have a good work ethic. You will be expected to join the team to install many of our fabricated jobs, with a professional appearance and attitude on jobsites. Some things you may be expected to custom fabricate include but are not limited to: railings, shelf systems, table bases, shower enclosures, vent hoods, mirror frames, metal accent walls, glass racks, etc.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a fabrication or welding role is essential.
  • Proficient in using measuring instruments such as tape measures and protractors for precise measurements and angles.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Experience with soldering, machining, and basic math skills is advantageous.
  • Being bilingual (english/spanish) would be massively helpful.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG & TIG welding/brazing on various materials such as steel and brass tubing, solid stocks, flat stocks, and sheet metals.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine specifications for fabrication.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as shear and brake machines for fabrication tasks.
  • Conduct assembly of components as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Miscellaneous tasks around the shop as required.
  • Willingness to learn and effective problem solving skills.
