Custom Stainless has been in business for over 20 years, and we have built restaurants and bars all around the city with long term clients. We are offering long term employment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator.
- Proficiency in using various power tools, welding equipment, and machinery related to metal fabrication.
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents.
- Experience with CNC Brake, TIG welding techniques on 16 gauge or lighter material, and assembly processes is necessary.
- Familiarity with OD and ID layouts.
- Polishing to #4 finish.
- Ability to TIG and MIG weld, and weld stainless 16 gauge and lighter with no warping.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues effectively as we are a custom shop.
- Valid class 5 drivers license with clean abstract.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from technical drawings to fabricate metal components.
- Cut and bend material with use of CNC brake to precise ID and OD measurements.
- Assemble metal parts using welding techniques - mainly MIG and TIG to ensure structural integrity of the finished product.
- Fabricate more artistic metal projects - copper, aluminum, brass, stainless and mild steel.
- Can weld and repolish to #4 finish with stainless.
- Fabricate custom metal products according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
