REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator.
• Proficiency in using various power tools, welding equipment, and machinery related to metal fabrication.
• Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents.
• Experience with CNC Brake, TIG welding techniques on 16 gauge or lighter material, and assembly processes is necessary.
• Familiarity with OD and ID layouts.
• Polishing to #4 finish.
• Ability to TIG and MIG weld, and weld stainless 16 gauge and lighter with no warping.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues effectively as we are a custom shop.
• Valid class 5 drivers license with clean abstract.

  Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Metal fabrication: 10 years (required)

Work Location: In perso

• Interpret and work from technical drawings to fabricate metal components.
• Cut and bend material with use of CNC brake to precise ID and OD measurements.
• Assemble metal parts using welding techniques - mainly MIG and TIG to ensure structural integrity of the finished product.
• Fabricate more artistic metal projects - copper, aluminum, brass, stainless and mild steel.
• Can weld and repolish to #4 finish with stainless.
• Fabricate custom metal products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
