SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Demonstrated experience in MIG & TIG welding
· Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation.
· Fast-paced environment, some repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, bending, crouching, kneeling
Compensation: Remuneration is competitive and commensurate with experience.
In our Metal Fabrication department, you would be involved in ambulance and wheelchair accessible vehicle manufacturing. Your duties would include following blueprints and drawings to fabricate components for installation on various vehicle conversions.
Your work would include machine operation of a press brake, shear, punch press and the ability to efficiently use basic hand and power tools. A demonstrated capability in MIG & TIG welding is required.
Successful candidates will enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced factory environment and have good oral and written communications skills in English (French speaking capability a definite asset).
Working in vehicles requires agile people who can work in confined spaces to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, lifting and overhead installations. Some tools required.
