POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment and be dedicated to maintaining our high standards of service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Journeyman Fabricator certification (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a job shop environment.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fitting practices.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $33.00-$37.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Perform fitting and welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met.
