Description Good Earth Tools is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual with metal fabricating experience to join our production team! Our metal fabricators work on a variety of projects for the diverse product lines we offer, keeping every day interesting! Responsibilities: Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal products, specified by work orders, diagrams, and templates using different welding applications. Operate fabrication shop machinery and equipment, read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements per the routing and material list. Understand and safely operate fabricating machines, following instructions and adhering to all safety policies and procedures. May work with the engineering department to troubleshoot part fit and assembly process by adjusting materials and print specifications in order to fabricate final product. Observe proper machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunction based on company standards and procedures. Inspects first part for quality, accuracy, and functionality by checking product specifications based on following guidelines of shop floor order print/instructions. Responsibilities
