CWB Certified Welding, Structural Steel,
Kanex is currently looking to hire a Metal Fabricator/ Welder.
Successful candidate will be able to interpret steel shop drawings, read engineered structural steel drawings. Take a set of drawings and fabricate from start to finish with minimal help.
Operate steel fabricating tools: metal bandsaw, grinders, ironworkers, drill press
Successful candidate will enjoy working in the shop & in the field
CWB Certified welder - FCAW & SMAW (valid CWB certs an asset, able to renew CWB certs upon hiring considered)
Employee also required to pass a criminal record check for up coming project
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
