Description About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused individual to join our production team as a Hand Finisher. In this position, you'll work primarily with brass components, preparing and finishing materials using handheld tools and power equipment to meet quality standards. You’ll play a key role in completing pieces that are production-ready, contributing to a smooth workflow and a strong final product. What You’ll Do Finish, polish, and deburr brass parts by hand and with power tools (grinders, buffers, sanders, etc.) Inspect pieces for accuracy, consistency, and surface quality Follow finishing procedures and production requirements to meet daily goals Maintain a clean work area and handle materials safely Participate in team-based production efforts to meet targets and deadlines Communicate issues or defects to leads to support continuous improvement Why Work Here Stable hours, consistent work Supportive team focused on shared success Clear expectations and hands-on training Requirements What Makes You a Strong Fit Hands-on experience working with tools – ideally in a fabrication, metalworking, or production environment Comfort using basic power tools (training provided where needed) An eye for detail – you notice imperfections and care about getting it right A teamwork mindset – success here is shared, not solo Willingness to learn and follow established methods and standards Reliable attendance and ability to work on your feet throughout the day Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs as needed Work performed in a shop/production environment (dust, sound, PPE required)
