SUMMARY: The General Production Associate/ Metal Jacket position is responsible for inspecting pontoons for defects, repairing defects, and applying a coating on the tubes called Metal jacket that inhibits corrosion. Individuals in this role must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced and team-focused environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inspect all material for scratches/ defects * Operate small hand tools. * Apply metal Jacket. * Use of hoists. QUALIFICATIONS: * Safely operate hand tools and small shop power equipment. * Team player. * Positive attitude. * Good attendance. * Must have the ability to perform all physical requirements required of the position, including but not limited to ability to stand, walk, push, pull, full range of motion, bend, kneel, climb, squat for 8+ hours and lift upward of 50 lbs. * Accurately and efficiently read prints and production schedules.
