Metal Painter (Full‑Time) Full Time | Manufacturing | Sign Industry We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Painter to prep, prime, and paint metal signs and cabinets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do * Prep metal cabinets and signs using electric sanders * Apply bond/filler as needed and sand to finish * Prime and paint using gravity-fed paint guns * Mix custom paint colors * Move signs and cabinets using carts, forklifts, or team lifting * Maintain clean, safe paint booths and work areas * Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures What We’re Looking For * Experience painting metal or aluminum preferred * Ability to use paint guns, sanders, and hand tools * Ability to read tape measures and shop drawings * Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (team lift up to 100 lbs.) * Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
