We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in grinding, buffing, and polishing a variety of metals. You will be responsible for preparing metal surfaces to meet required finish standards by using hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment. Strong communication skills in English are essential for following instructions and maintaining workplace safety.

• Perform manual and mechanical grinding, buffing, and polishing of metal parts and surfaces.
• Work with various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and others.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions.
• Inspect metal surfaces and remove defects such as weld splatter, scratches, or rough edges.
• Use sanding belts, wheels, and other abrasive tools effectively and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
