SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at Prop N Spoon LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality metal structures and components that meet the unique needs of our diverse projects including Superbowl, World Cup, PGA, etc. Your expertise will play a crucial role in bringing our clients’ visions to life.

REQUIREMENTS

• · 3 Years minimum experience
• · Ability to read and understand shop drawings
• · Ability in both MIG and TIG welding of thin to medium thickness steel and
• · Understanding and competency in layout of small and large parts to achieve the required accuracies
• · Understanding and competent use of chop saws, cold saws, and metal band saws
• · Ability to use and set-up a J-head mill, lathe and pyramid roller for simple operation
• · Willingness to learn and grow one’s skillset
• · Must be able to lift 75+ lbs
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

• Fabricate metal components according to specifications and project requirements.
• Utilize various welding techniques including MIG & TIG welding to assemble metal structures.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal materials.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project needs and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
