WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES THE METALLURGICAL ENGINEER NEED?

· Materials Science/Metallurgy degree and/or substantive practical working experience within a materials laboratory environment
· Metallurgical / materials evaluation of new products, processes and or systems
· Engaging communicator; Able to convey technical assessments and results to both technical and non-technical colleagues
· Providing technical guidance on product and process maintenance
· Ability to Identify metallurgical / materials manufacturing defects and make process improvement recommendations
