Marcegaglia Stainless Sheffield is recruiting for an experienced Metallurgical Technician for our Analytical Laboratory. This is a shift-based role, where you will be working on a rota covering 12 hour day and night shifts across a 40-hour week and in return you will receive a competitive salary plus shift allowance with the opportunity for a salary increase upon completion of your training.

EXPERIENCE:

• Have a minimum of 5 subjects at GCSE grade C or above including English and Mathematics. Full training will be provided.
• Be willing to work flexibly as an individual and as part of a small team
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate numeracy skills are essential
• Be able to demonstrate an awareness of health and safety at work
• Take a methodical approach to standardised tasks.
