As the Smart Choice Metering team continues its exciting growth, we pride ourselves in hiring the best experts in their field and we are now looking for a new Metering Operations Analyst to join the established team in Old Trafford, Manchester.
Reporting to the Metering Operations Manager, the role will be working with the schedulers to deliver MOP/MAP/MAM operational activity.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Relevant smart metering industry experience (MOP/MAP/MAM)
• Dedication to deliver a right-first-time experience
• Ability to work on own initiative with good organisational skills
• Microsoft Office to good standard

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Compilation of daily data and expectations to reflect appointment outcomes
• Ensure that the MOP/MAM/MAP data flows are adhered to ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Work with the scheduling team to ensure all flows are delivered as expected, engaging with our internal partners to overcome any challenges which arise
• Become actively working towards a goal of developing into an expert in MOP/MAM.
