Metering Services Project Coordinator Job Summary: The Project Coordinator reports to the Field Support Supervisor in Metering Services and supports Field Meter Technician teams across the state by planning and scheduling multi-family meter set projects. They will help with the resolving of escalated field related issues, and foster partnerships within the organization, region partners, and all customer service organizations. This position will also be responsible for helping meter analysts with back-office work related to ARMS referred orders, WFM’s, Delinquent service orders, and access issues. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Experience and Education College Degree Preferred but not required Experience in the following areas: strong working knowledge of CSS and GPC Customer Service Standards, Knowledge of Sensus, IEE, RNI, familiar with field service order work, service order management, Collections, ARMS and ARMS Reporter and Wattnet Plus. Communicate effectively one-on-one and with groups across Metering Services, all region partners, and Customer Service. Maintain WFM’s (workflow manager) Statewide Maintain Delinquent order list statewide Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of GPC Standards, policies, and procedures. Is Knowledgeable and proficient with Microsoft Office. Is Knowledgeable and proficient with CSS, AMI, ARMS, ARMS Reporter, Mobius, IEE, and Sensus RNI, Volts and WNP Is Knowledgeable with Field Work, Meter Types, Meter Forms, Voltages worked by the Team in the Field. Understand employee policies, customer service standards, and work processes. Will be responsible for managing resources and assisting with SERP and local Storm restoration efforts.
