REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Academic background in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Manufacturing (college or university level)
  • Aerospace experience is required (academic or professional)
  • Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Proficiency in French (required) and English (an asset)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a Method Agent or NC Programmer
  • Residing in Canada for the past 5 years
  • Working knowledge of CATIA V5
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: MANUFACTURING METHOD AGENT

We are looking for two passionate and technically strong individuals to join our Methods Engineering team at our Longueuil facility. As a Manufacturing Method Agent, you will develop and define manufacturing processes for P&WC engine components—including turbines, compressors, and combustors. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of approximately 60 professionals including method agents, NC programmers, special process specialists, and CMM inspection experts.
Note: Aerospace experience is a must for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the link between engineering and manufacturing, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing engineering designs to validate manufacturing feasibility
  • Defining end-to-end manufacturing strategies, including sequencing and process selection
  • Collaborating with tooling design teams and placing tooling orders
  • Writing comprehensive manufacturing routines and process documentation
  • Providing technical support to production lines and shop floor teams
  • Participating in the procurement of manufacturing equipment
  • Contributing to cross-functional project management initiatives
