Your Responsibilities as a Shift Leader Your primary role will be to lead and support your team during active shifts. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be regularly interacting with customers, team members, and management.You should be comfortable using point-of-sale systems, have a basic understanding of technology and performance tracking, and be capable of multitasking without compromising quality. Basic Qualifications To be considered, you must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work. This is a physically active job and requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Friday and Saturday availability is required, meaning you will be expected to work at least two weekends per month.
