With our wide range of experience, we provide valuable expertise in critical areas of consulting and acquisition operations. The Metrics Analyst supports CTRMG’s communications programs by collecting and analyzing engagement data to evaluate digital outreach effectiveness. They develop dashboards, reports, and insights that assess communication strategies and recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement. The role requires experience in communications metrics and campaign evaluation. PRIMARY DUTIES The Metrics Analyst shall: Collect and analyze communications and engagement data. Develop dashboards and reports summarizing key performance indicators. Evaluate communications strategies and campaigns. Provide recommendations to improve audience engagement and outreach effectiveness. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline.
