POSITION OVERVIEW:

Infusion care (IC) Lead Associate – Research and Development is a member of global R&D team with responsibility for Product development of Infusion Care products and their Life Cycle Management.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Practical experience with measurement equipment, eg.3D measuring machine and handhold equipment
  • Experience with quality management system
  • Experience with document management
  • Good linguistic and written communication skills in Danish and English (required)
  • Experience with MS Office Package, eg. Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of basic requirements ISO 13485 or similar
  • Experience from the medical industry
  • Experience with work in project groups, eg. in development of products

  • Technical background
  • Educated in CvT internal design control, change control, risk management and another applicable SOP’s and WI’s

Responsibilities
  • Performs test of molding components by using coordinate measuring machine, CMM
  • Performs measuring system analyzing (MSA) for new test programs / methods to verify their capability
  • Preparation of samples needed for CMM testing
  • Preparation of fixtures for different test method used on CMM
  • Preparation of test reports and providing information about the results of CMM measurements to stakeholders
  • Follows the testing plan and prioritize measuring on the base of business need
  • Archives measuring reports in database and provides overview of previous results on the request
  • Assists to Lead Associate / metrology Specialist in all matters related to CMM testing, calibration and reporting
  • Performs visual inspection of molding components and documents its results
  • Keeps the CMM scanner equipment in proper conditions and in calibrating state
  • Cooperation and collaboration with all team members in cross-functional teams
  • Follows all CvT standard for values and behaviors
  • Follows all CvT internal standards for EHS
  • Ensures that work and task outputs are delivered at the required level and on time
  • Continuously develops and improves the skills and experiences needed job execution
