Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Engineer to join our automotive team. This role is critical in ensuring precision measurement and quality standards across our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate dimensional analysis and support product development and production. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute CMM programming for complex automotive components. Apply advanced GD&T principles to ensure compliance with design specifications. Support BIW (Body-in-White) and stamping processes within OEM or Tier 1 environments. Lead project management activities, including planning, coordination, and reporting. Manage supplier relationships, including conducting buy-offs and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve measurement-related issues. Qualifications Proven experience in CMM programming and metrology systems. Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Background in automotive manufacturing, particularly stampings or BIW. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
