As an Engineer within our OMT RAM Metro Operation, you will have a crucial part in guaranteeing the smooth running of our operations. Your duties will encompass, without being restricted to: - Establish and secure Metro tool paths to sustain capacity and cycle time. - Support NPI introduction and pilot run. - Validate equipment PM CPM and conduct a test run. - Communicate and coordinate with PO/EO, handle with equipment, lot, production line related issues. - Assess equipment qualification data. - Support defect scan for equipment solving. - Tool mismatching abnormal case analysis and containment. - WIP management, hold lot handling, priority lot arrangement and Q-time lot control. - Equipment status monitoring and engineering time management. - CDSEM equipment alignment issue handling. - Orion eCAP case handing. - Equipment MES error handling. - Daily operating status summary and report.
