REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Field, Materials Science
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in either metrology or scientific industry.
  • Have good understanding of semiconductor processes for lab equipment.
  • Travelling is involved for both local and overseas customers.’
  • Able to do after hour service support only as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Deliver after-sales support and manage client accounts to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze sales performance and costs to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Generate leads and drive the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to post-sale follow-ups.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, tracking sales progress and key performance metrics.
  • Record and update client interactions to ensure accurate and organized data management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to support marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and educate clients on product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and R&D, to deliver customized solutions.
  • Identify market trends and business growth opportunities within the region.
  • Assist in sales strategy development through data analysis and sales presentations.
