SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

This role helps with measurement and inspection. Main tasks include checking that the correct methods are used, training staff, keeping equipment in good condition, and helping with data collection. You will also work with engineers and other teams to solve measurement problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or any related field.
· Preferred 1-3 year(s) of working experience in similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Work Location: In perso

· Ensure checking method from production members or engineer are performed correctly
· Provide training to production member and engineers
· Assist supervisor to collect analysis data
· Taking care of the equipment conditions and spare part’s transactions.
· Assists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording and indicating instruments and equipment.
· Ensure all measurement activities are carried out in a clean, organized, and safe environment.
· Attend training related to metrology practices and share knowledge with team members when applicable.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and troubleshoot measurement-related issues.
· Any additional duties as assigned by management.
