• Assist with weekly dimensional inspections for molding, assist Engineers/Mold Techs with validations, measure steel components, gauge calibration, mold set approvals and documentation.
• Continuous improvement of Metrology Lab.
• Develop and improve new and existing routines and fixtures.
• Write and execute Test Method Validations (TMV) for routine or fixture changes.
• Validate metrology measurement machines.
