WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for someone with a passion for precision and a proactive mindset. You’ll need:

  • A degree in materials science, physics, engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with metrology tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in polymers or composites is a plus

Responsibilities

As a Metrology Technologist, you’ll be at the heart of our materials innovation, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurements that underpin product development and quality.

You will:

  • Develop and implement advanced metrology techniques for polymer and composite materials
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support cutting-edge research projects
  • Maintain and calibrate high-precision instrumentation (e.g., SEM, AFM, profilometers)
  • Analyse data to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in measurement capability and data integrity
