This is a primarily on-site role based in Querétaro, with 1 day of remote work per week, where you’ll partner closely with teams based in the United States. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving outbound prospecting efforts, connecting with potential clients, and generating new business opportunities for MedTrainer. This is an ideal role for someone looking to break into tech sales and build a long-term career in a high-growth environment. What You’ll Do Master outbound prospecting with 100+ cold calls and emails per day Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach Partner with a high-performing sales team to book demos and support pipeline growth Engage with inbound leads across web, email, and phone channels Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) Consistently follow up with prospects and manage multiple touchpoints Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days are the same Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in B2Bsales, client-facing roles, or relevant internships (BDR/SDR experience is a plus, but not required) Comfortable making 100+ calls per day — you enjoy being on the phone Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow Self-starter with resilience and a results-driven mindset Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required Additional Information Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $25,000 MXN net monthly Commission: Up to $15,000 MXN monthly based on performance Major Medical Insurance (SGMM) fully covered for the employee Option to add family members at a preferential rate Savings Fund (Caja de Ahorro) with annual return Access to TotalPass (gyms, fitness studios, and wellness benefits) On-site work in Querétaro (Monday to Friday) with 1 day of remote work per week Complimentary cafeteria service (breakfast and lunch provided) Office snacks available daily Participation in health challenges and wellness activities Structured onboarding and training through BDR Academy Ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities Clear career path into Account Executive or other sales roles Career Growth Clear path into Account Executive roles Continuous mentorship and coaching Opportunity to grow within a high-performance sales team Application Requirements This is a high-volume outbound role — comfort with frequent calls is required On-site position in Querétaro (1 day remote per week) Please submit your CV in English and ensure it is updated Not a fit for candidates seeking fully remote roles or non-client-facing positions Compensation: MXN 25000 - MXN 40000 - monthly
