Description

Lead the design and execution of Mexico's commercial strategy in alignment with LATAM and North America. Drive market share growth, profitable expansion, and operational excellence across all commercial functions. Inspire and develop a diverse team of seventy, including five direct reports, while fostering a strong leadership culture. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards. Drive transformation initiatives that rebuild internal systems, partner strategy, and team culture. Integrate work across business units, breaking down silos and improving cross-functional execution. Improved operational rigor and alignment across Mexico and broader regional teams. 15 or more years of senior leadership experience in technology or related sectors, with in-country leadership in Mexico. Proven success leading large-scale organizations with strong multimillion-dollar P&L responsibility. Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, influence diverse stakeholders, and inspire teams. Deep understanding of Mexico's commercial, cultural, and regulatory landscape. Experience managing across complex, matrixed organizations. Fluency in Spanish and English required.
