Responsibilities NPI Project Engineer roles and responsibilities: 1. Plan project schedule based on project key milestones 2. Track project expenses against budget and advise required change 3. Facilitate discussion on interdependent activities 4. Coordinate the effort in collecting and compiling data needed in goal/strategy setting 5. Review KLC checklist and report abnormalities or risk 6. Track and report preparation weekly status for each key milestone 7. Track and report proto and FPR build weekly status 8. Define FPR build plan and schedule 9. Define ramp-up build plan until the point where ERP can generate plan automatically 10. Drive and lead the team to resolve any issues to meet promised ship date for first shipment 11. Lead cross functional OF NPI team 12. Lead the team to have full ISO audit preparation, compliance & correction action on non-compliance issues 13. Lead the team to have full GSA audit preparation, compliance & correction action on non-compliance issues Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
