Responsibilities Production Support and Engineering Assembly Line Support: Providing on-site mechanical support for box assembly and modular products, resolving assembly issues, and ensuring, proper part fit. BOM Updates & Process Integration: Manage, review and update BOM. Link the BOM to manufacturing processes. Quality & Process Improvement: Identifying, analyzing, and improving manufacturing processes to increase yield, enhance quality, and reduce costs. Production Continuity: Troubleshooting production process issues to maintain smooth workflows, prevent delays, and avoid impacts on shipment revenue. Documentation & Standards: Maintaining process documentation, including standard product costing and manufacturing lead-time calculations (process routing). Continuous improvement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Tooling Design: Initiating, designing, and fabricating assembly tools, fixtures, and jigs to improve productivity and quality. Design Revision: Reviewing and redesigning parts or assemblies to improve manufacturability and cosmetic appearance. Part Qualification: Performing mechanical part qualification and safety buy-offs, as well as packaging evaluations for new products. Technical & Regulatory Compliance Engineering Change Control: Executing engineering changes to ensure accurate documentation and product configuration. Compliance & Safety: Adhering to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), RoHS, and ISO standards.. Analysis Tools: Using 3D CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX) and FEA analysis tools for validation. Collaboration Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborating with R&D, procurement, and quality teams to transition new products into mass production. Responsibilities
