Job Description Main Responsibility - Execute Standardize critical processes & machines - Develop manufacturing solutions (machine acitecture in alignment with MFC and CoC) - Rebuild manufacturing technical competence in BC. - Innovate new solutions or introduce new manufacturing technology drives quality and productivity improvement - build MES configuration & commissioning per 4.0 strategy demand Qualifications Requirement: - Education & Certification: Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering, additional advantage with involving international environment. - Language / Ethnicity: good English, both speaking & writing; Chinese nationality preferred - Desired Experience /Business skills & abilities: More than 3 years manufacturing process or machine experience, - Solid experience in lean manufacturing process, quality & automation machine design - Ability to work independently and with flexible hour - global coordination 5 short sentences to describe the style of person that you want to hire for this role: - Good interpersonal skill - Ability to present complex situation into simple understandable overview - Proactive, enthusiastic and participative and work , thinking independently - Ability to think strategic - Open mind for new things especially for new technology Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (China) Co., Ltd.
