The Team Member we are searching for The ideal MFT Trainee believes in, and is passionate about the mission and commitments of PUC Schools and exhibits this through their leadership, reflection, execution of school culture, and collaboration to ensure student success. What you will need to accomplish: Research: Conduct a search for information on various topics related to the field of Mental Health: Theories Treatment/Interventions Group Therapy Topics/Curriculums Diagnosis Community Resources/Referrals Therapy Tools/Books/Resources Organization: Keep Inventory of Clinical Counseling Program materials Maintain File Cabinet Check stock on toys, games, books, etc. for Clinical Counseling Department Translation (If Bilingual): Coordinate with MFT Trainees/Interns to conduct phone conversations and set up family therapy appointments with Spanish-speaking families Translate Family Therapy sessions for MFT Trainees with Spanish-speaking families Attendance at Training sessions (When available): Attend Monthly Trainings Attend Orientation sessions and Group Supervisions Team Members, Culture, and Values: Exhibit integrity, initiative, motivation, attitude, self-awareness Demonstrate appropriate oral and written skills Show respect for clients, colleagues, and staff in professional contexts and maintain professional relationships Manage own affect Exhibit an understanding of and involvement in the community Adhere to agency policies Other Regular attendance, dependability, and, punctuality in conformance with the standards are essential to the successful performance of this position Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications What do we require from you? Responsibilities
