Responsibilities Lead and manage teams across various application environments supporting clinical, operational, and back-office functions Account for resource management and balancing across initiatives Handle staff recruitment, development, and supervision (approx. 11 – 12 employees) Manage project planning and application development Oversee operating and capital budget administration Direct interfaces with customer area leaderships for application services Implement departmental succession planning Ensure documentation and policy management adherence Translate Premier Health strategy to staff and maintain project management skills Lead projects through the entire project life cycle Work among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business process changes Collaborate with DH&T (Digital Health & Technology) for project design, scope, and prioritization Manage changing requirements and project ambiguities adjusting goals and timelines accordingly Requirements A Bachelor's degree in IT with 8 years of Information application experience.
