Responsibilities Act as Applications Manager/Clinical Portfolio leading Clinical Portfolio Epic application teams including ClinDoc, Beaker and OpTime Serve as Product Owner for inpatient clinical documentation, partnering with operations to establish roadmaps and priorities Manage and develop DH&T technical staff in support of strategic initiatives Balance staff assignments across a wide range of initiatives and support duties Maintain core project management skills Translate Premier Health strategy to staff Manage departmental budget Oversee hiring, staffing, and staff development Implement documentation and policy management Promote departmental succession planning Ensure achievement of project outcomes Preference for local candidates within 200 miles of Dayton Ohio. Potential for leadership on-call responsibilities, which may require you to be on-site occasionally. Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in IT with 8-14 years of IT experience, depending on the level of education 7-10 years of job-related experience, preferably in IT/Digital Health Previous management experience and/or industry certifications preferred Experience in Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Budgetary knowledge and ability to manage financial resources Strategic thinking and problem-solving acumen
