The Manager, Applications Support is responsible for leading a team of analysts and support specialists who maintain and enhance business-critical applications. This role ensures operational excellence, drives continuous improvement, and supports strategic initiatives across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Proven ability to lead blended application and technical support teams in a high-volume, customer-facing environment. Skilled in coaching and mentoring support engineers and technicians across tiers. Strong customer focus with a commitment to timely resolution and satisfaction. Capable of driving process improvements, knowledge base development, and deflection strategies. Qualifications: Strong understanding of enterprise application support Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple modules and environments Experience with CRM case management systems Where we're going UKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
