Visit www.qorvo.com to learn how our innovative team is helping connect, protect and power our planet.   Job Description / Accountabilities  Establish a standardize processes and practices with OSAT (Subcon) logistics team, Carriers & Hubs Act as key logistic focal for any customer or supplier deliveries query Manage OSAT (Subcon) logistics activities and B2B system interface and set up Ensure timely and effective movement of goods throughout the supply chain Optimize inbound and outbound supply chain logistics, including management of drop shipment to customers and transportation of finished goods. Manage the performance of goods receiving to ensure freight providers maximize efficiency and timely delivery of products required. Manage, execute and implement solutions to ensure inventory accuracy at OSAT (subcon) & 3PL warehouse and constant review of storage capacity planning, space optimization, continuous warehouse productivities and quality improvements. Monitor and evaluate Forwarders/ carriers performance and initiate corrective actions to resolve issues Drive continuous cost reductions on logistics and warehouse expenses. Understand custom clearance requirement (China/ Malaysia/Thailand/Vietnam/Philippines/India) Assure compliance to all external inventory audits Work   Requirements  Degree in Logistic and supply chain management or equivalent with at least 8 years of more relevant working experience in the Semiconductor industry Strong analytical skills, process oriented Excellent communication skills, interfacing with all levels Strong knowledge of SAP system Proficient in both English & Chinese to be able to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in Asia Pacific such as China & Taiwan  Candidates with experience managing an Asia Pacific Team is preferred       #LI-MC1MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO     We are Qorvo.
