As a Manager of Business Intelligence, you will lead the design, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise BI solutions that enable data driven decision making across electric and gas utility operations. You will own the analytics platform and semantic layer, partner closely with business and IT stakeholders, and manage a team of BI engineers and analysts to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable analytics aligned to regulatory, operational, and executive needs. This role blends people leadership, platform ownership, and strategic BI architecture, ensuring trusted insights across generation, transmission, distribution, customer, finance, and regulatory domains. MidAmerican Energy Company, a Midwest utility, provides regulated electric and natural gas service to more than 1.6 million customers in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
