The impact you’ll make The Manager, Business Operations will be core to LAM’s Value Focus profitability strategy. This role involves strategic planning, financial modeling and analysis, and process improvement to enhance overall business performance. What you’ll do Corporate Profitability Work closely with Corporate Business Development (BD) teams to ensure achievement of the company’s profitability objectives. Develop and analyze business assumptions, clearly communicating their overall financial impact to Accounts, including effects on revenue, gross margin, and operating margin. Prepare and deliver quarterly financial updates for Tier 1 and China Accounts to Corporate BD, and contribute to the development of multi-year roadmaps for Strategic Account Reviews (SARs). Provide executive leadership with timely, ad hoc updates on the financial status of assigned accounts, proactively identifying and escalating discrepancies or concerns as needed. Who we’re looking for 10+ years of experience in Finance Proficiency with SAP, CRM, and BOBJ Strong Excel (incl. pivot tables, formulas) and analytical systems (Power Pivot, Power BI) skills Ability to make informed decisions with limited information Excellent communication skills to drive stakeholders & work w/executive management Ability to execute tasks timely in a consistently fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with sound business judgment Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve business processes Preferred qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Responsibilities

The Manager, Business Operations will focus on corporate profitability by collaborating with Corporate Business Development teams to meet profitability objectives. This includes developing financial models, preparing updates for accounts, and providing executive leadership with financial status updates.
