This role is will be able to lead the strategy and the tactical execution of PD commercial projects and initiatives collaborating with cross-functional teams. 2. Support evaluation and analysis of all potential PD commercial management barriers at national/regional l level, and help identifying potential improvement opportunities. 3. Design and implement PD commercial access projects for VBP that support customer centered value propositions for Baxter products and solutions. 4. Closely monitor PD commercial distributors policy dynamics. 5. Ensure project compliance with all Baxter standard policies and procedures.
